We know it’s easy to miss a step during setup! If you didn't save your recovery phrase, don't worry. Here’s how you can get it.
Why is this phrase important? Your recovery phrase is your only master key. It's the only way you can reset your PIN if you ever forget it.
Please note: To get your phrase, you must still know your current PIN.
Step 1: Send us an email
Write a quick email to [email protected].
Very important: You must send this email from the same email address you used to sign up for your account.
In the email, just ask us to "please enable my recovery phrase download."
Step 2: Wait for our reply
Our support team will turn this feature on for your account.
We'll send you an email back to let you know it's all ready for you!
Step 3: Log in to your app
Once you get our confirmation email, open your app and log in like you normally do.
Step 4: Follow the on-screen steps
You’ll see a new screen about your recovery phrase. Just tap Continue.
The app will ask for your current PIN to make sure it's you. Please enter it.
Step 5: Save your phrase!
Your recovery phrase will appear on the screen. This is your moment!
Download it and store it somewhere safe and secret on your laptop and cloud drive
This is the only way to recover your account if you forget your PIN.
A Quick Safety Tip Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. Our support team will never ask you for it. Think of it like a secret key that only you should have.
